The long travel finally came to a end, before her laid the gates of Ardensia. Standing upon the hill and looking towards the City, the wind wrapped her long hair about her wildly, causing her to slide her right hand up into the tresses. She held a grey walking stick with a clear orb at the top.  Black eyes seemed drawned to the gates, staring without blinking.  It had been a long time since she last traveled and left Palanestina so it had surprised her greatly when Marcia asked her to be the one to go establish good relations with this Kingdom. From what she understood, Marcia already known the ruler here so it made her wonder why she had been the one selected to come here and not her leader herself. Oh well, such things were not for her to ask, she promised to do what was asked of her and she would.  She turned to her companions, two tall males guards decorated in Palanestina dragon armor. She had hoped not to cause a stir but she knew with that appearance that was probably out of the question. She nodded to them then started down the hill to the gates, deciding to stay off her stallion and leading him forward, following by her two companions*

M'lady, what is this place? It reminds me of Gilamir of old.

*A smile graced her features as she looked around the land and nodded slowly. Aye it did very much remind her of their old home.*

Aye. Such grandre. Tis quite impressive, has made the trip here well worth the make.

Aye.!
Aye.

*Larena, rose her hand to stop them before the Gates and looked around, unsure if they needed to speak to anyone here first before entering, waiting for just a moment then walking through, pausing to take in the City's appearance then looking around for where they might get some information.  She was in no hurry to go find the Castle and speak with royality, she always got so nervous during introductions and she wanted to make sure the gifts they brought were suitable and undamaged during their journey*

Dorce, perhaps ye can be so kind as to find us a suitable place to stay for the night before we present ourselves to the rulers of these lands? Myself and Titoc shall look about gathering some supplies and getting some food.

Aye m'lady.

Come Titoc.. I think I see tavern. T'will be a good place to get some information.

Aye m'lady.

*Dorce headed off as Larena turned and nodded to the other and headed for the tavern*

Days had past since their arrival and a house was established.   A few enchantments in place and the ruin was once again a forestry of flowers and water.  There was no door, nor doors to rooms, just sectioned off areas hinted off by colorful flowers and vines.  Infact, quite a few travelers had walked through without realizing they were walking through someones home.  Larena paced back and forth, the scroll that had arrived that morning, was laid casually against the stone desk covered ivory and vines, giving it a rather earthern look.  Palanestina was at War, well, near it as such.  Thou the missive was at least a week old by now.  She sighed deeply, things were not going well at all. Perhaps it was time to return to Palanestina

The rider had been seen a bit off and greeted by the tall elf Dorce.  After the guard had bowed, he himself bowed his head and nodded as if answering the question with a yes*

I am Dorce, assistant to Lady Larena Thydae. Might I ask who you are sir?

ADMIN: Not as Ruwen. As messenger gaurd.

The messenger looked the gaurd over momentarily before speaking in a slightly aggitated and airy tone.

I am messenger for the King, I wish to know where you hail from and what your purpose is within these lands...there are many fell folk around of late and we must be sure to root them out should be found.

Dorce gave the messager a even gaze before stepping aside and motioning him to step further inside*

The Lady Larena was sent here on behave of Lady Marcia McCloud, as ambassador for Palanestina.  An invitation of alliance was extended and we have come to answer that invitation. Is there a problem, or shall I call for m'lady?

ADMIN: Not as Ruwen. As messenger gaurd.

He shook his head momentarily, and then looked around listening to the gaurds words before shaing his head once more.

No, I shall go and find the King himself if it is about alliances and such. The king himself shall return within the next day without fail....Thank you for you time.

He thought for a moment, bowed a little and then turned and rode back into the inner city to find the king.

Dorce watched as the messager turned and started off, waiting until he was no longer in sight before turning and heading down the hall and stepping across the treshold. He paused just outside of the room where Larena was laying on the moss bed with eyes closed. Slowly, she rose her hand and waved him forward*

Come forth Dorce, who was our visitor?

A messager from the King. He informs that the King himself shall be stopping by to speak with us.

*Larena opened her eyes then and looked over to Dorce, slightly raising on her elbows. A sheer lavendar gown graced her form, with long strands flowing over her shoulders and caressing her cheeks*

Is that so? Then I think we should begin perparing for his myjesty shall we nae? Go and find Titoc.  He may be needed.

Aye m'lady

*The tall elf spun on his heels and started off, leaving Larena to sit up, wrapping her long arms around her knees and pulling them up to her chest.   The King knew of their arrival now. It was time to perform the duty her Kingdom had entrusted to her. Raising to her feet and waving a small hand before her to cause the hanging vines to spead aside and reveal a cove of her belongings, she set herself to ready for the Kings arrival*

Ruwen rode outwearing naught more than mere robes as he left walls.  The gaurds calling after him as he went worried for his safty unarmoured outside. He carried on riding caring not for thier warnings as he neared the new encampment. He reared up his steed and paused momentarily looking it over before he began to ride into the centre.

Another rider came into view and Dorce stood before what would be a door.  The massive elf, which was rather odd for their race but served it's propose for his duty, held his post and waited for the rider to get closer before lifting his chin, crossing his arms before him*

'Lo there rider. You ride through the temperary residence of Lady Larena Thyndea. What is your purpose here?

The elf looked him over, seeming sizing him up before shaking his head*

I'm afraid the lady is not taking visitors right now, we are inspecting very important visitor to speak with us. I'm afraid you must take your leave

*Larena was standing behind a few vines, watching them silently before stepping forward and raising her hand to Dorce*

Nonsense. We do nae turn away visitors Sir Dorce. *She stepped forward and bowed her head towards Ruwen* Greetings traveler. I am Larena.  You wish to speak to me?

*Dorce did not look to happy at all about this but  nodded and stood back, guarding the door while watching the two*

He merely nodded to the gaurd who was expecting and important vistor and felt quite proud that he could decieve even those who were expecting him. He smiled a little as he saw the lady stop the gaurd and greet him. He climbed down of his horse and looked around at the encampment before turning back to her.

Somewhere in private perhaps?

Dorce started to protest but got a harsh look from Larena, and stepped back again.  She turned back Ruwen and bowed her head, tilted slightly to the left and stepped to the side, motioning him to enter into the center of the area where some seats and a round table of white stone were settled.. The curved stone chairs matched the table, with pink seat cushions. A platter of sweet scorn and kettle of tea were presented neatly upon the table*

Please miLord, make yeself comfortable.

*She smiled softly as she made her way towards one of the chairs, allowing him the selection of the two high backs*

Ye must excuse Sir Dorce. He is a good solider, and I'm afraid he will always be a solider. He is a bet protective of me and miLady McCloud. He does nae mean to offend. He is just very about our home and hopes all will work out here well.   This is after all the first endeanor of such high importance that I have been graced to handle. I am honored that Lady Marcia found me worthy enough to handle such negotations.

*She smiled wider before giving off the impression that she actually knew exactally who he was, but was not going to make a fuss over it *

Would thee like some refreshments. We have fresh moonwyne, tis nae as sweet as regular elven wine but it is quite nice.

He smiled and nodded a little before entering the tent and looking around momentarily before he headed across to one of the seats where he lowered himself to sit silently looking around a second time and thinking, whilst he listened to Larena.

Aye, I can quite understand. Soldiers will always be soldiers to thier own ends.

He smiled a little and thoguht again on her question of drinks and shook his head lightly, his long golden hair swaying as he did so.

I shall decline the wyne, I tend not to drink. Any tea perhaps, or juices of any sort?

If she hadnt worked out whom he was as yet, he wouldnt mention it, until he found out thier true reasons for being here in Ardensia, so she may have said Marcia sent her, but word was far from proof in his eyes, and experience.
